What to write about

• A wrong number. If the calculator produced a result that doesn’t match reality — tell us the file size, the speed, the units you picked, and what the site said versus what happened. Math bugs get fixed first.
• An edge case. Weird unit combinations, absurd sizes (petabyte backups are legal inputs), speeds the tool handles poorly — report them and we’ll make the tool honest about them.
• Content corrections. If an article’s figure is off — a streaming service changed its bitrates, a speed claim doesn’t survive testing — point us at the source and we’ll update the page.
• Anything else. Suggestions, questions, a use case the site doesn’t cover.

We read every message. Replies typically take a few days; there’s no ticket system and no support queue — just a mailbox that a real person checks.

Please don’t include personal files or sensitive data in your message — we only need the numbers involved.
